Hi Kaffee is a company founded in 2021 by Dora Paatsch, Jannik Nitz and Joshua von Söhnen and sells fair trade coffee from around the world as well as fair trade fashion around the brand.

We stand with our idea for qualitative and fair coffee that is produced, packaged and distributed sustainably and according to the highest ecological standards.
